SWINE FLU- DON’T TAKE THE RISK
Swine flu is now a serious problem throughout the world, much like many other diseases and viruses but there are simple ways to prevent catching swine flu. It is a contagious virus, much like normal flu and has caused deaths in many countries. When immunity is low, swine flu is contracted easier which is why many of the victims have had other things wrong with them as well. To prevent swine flu it is wise to wash hands regularly and thoroughly, as germs remain on door handles, railings, supermarket trolleys and the like. By simply disposing of tissues immediately rather than fostering germs, the possible spread of swine flu is reduced. Some people wear face masks to prevent inhaling germs from other people, but the easiest way is to maintain a good level of hygiene of yourself and of objects. Symptoms of swine flu are similar to regular flu but the main thing to look out for is a temperature of 34 degrees centigrade.
