Bible Handover

The Mount Zion United Church of Christ donated 70 bibles to the Luderitz Congregational Church during Stewardship Sunday on the 22nd of November.
The Mount Zion United Church of Christ is based in the state of
Pennsylvania in the United States and is headed by their Pastor, Dr.Larry Smith. Our two churches have twinned together for the last year,
and it has proven to be a very productive partnership.We plan in the future to have each Pastor meet the other in the United States and then in Luderitz. Each elder received one Bible, including the families of those Elders who passed away this year. The other families each received two Bibles per family.
We want to thank the Mount Zion United Church of Christ and their Pastor, Dr. Larry Smith. They have done us a great service that will always be remembered. This is just one of the many fruits from the Twinning of our Churches, and we look forward to a long and healthy
relationship.•
