A schools laboratory funded by the Anglo Skorpion Foundation has been set up at the Teachers Resource Centre in Keetmanshoop, which will offer a practical facility to school pupils from the high schools in the town and region to experience practical science experiments.

School Newspaper Started
Some of Luderitz Secondary School’s grade 12 learners have taken the initiative to start their own newspaper, called Platinum Hitters. The newspaper is being issued monthly at the price of N$5.00, and the first issue was published in March. The paper includes things like shout-outs and school news and its editor is Kennith Mashva.
