Braais, Bouncy Castles and Beer

On Saturday, 27th March Luderitz Secondary School held a fun day to raise money for the school. The organisers had an early start setting everything up, and by 11am it was already busy. There were braais, hot dogs, ice cream, cool drinks and beer in the way of refreshments, and there was a bouncy castle, a slip ‘n’ slide, face painting and hair spraying for the children. Entertainment for the day included music, live rugby was played on a large screen in the erected beer tent at 1pm, and Tate Buti performed at 2pm. A lot of organisation went into the fun day but it was definitely worth it, as the learners, teachers and families all seemed to enjoy the activities.
