Announcement of New Appointment

The Minister of Finance, Honorable Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila has announced the appointment of Ms. Helaria Mukapuli as an additional director to serve on the Board of Directors of the Lüderitz Waterfront Development Company (Pty) Ltd. Her appointment came into effect on May 12 2010.
The Company is pleased with this appointment as it comes at the time when the company is rolling out its transformation, expansion, business development strategies in line with its corporate objectives. We feel sure that Ms. Mukapuli’s enthusiasm and many years of experience working with the Lüderitz community will contribute to our company meeting its present and future challenges. The term of office of the current Board ends on September 2012. The full board consists of the following members:-
