Assistance for School Children
Blankets, mattresses, uniforms, toiletries and
food was distributed to the OVCs at Helene van Rhijn School, Diaz Primary School,Nautilus Primary School, and also to other identified OVCs in the
community on Thursday 3 June, 2010. A total of N$53,000 was used
to purchase such materials, given to the total number of 438 OVCs.

Lucky Congregation Keep On Receiving

Generous CAFO Give Again
On Saturday April 10th an event took place at the Luderitz Youth Centre
where the CAFO Luderitz committee distributed a food package to 191 orphans.
The food package included Maize meal, bread flour, macaroni, dry beans, sugar, coffee, tea bags, jam, vegetable cans, body soap,
Vaseline and many more similar items.

Egg Painters Win Easter Prizes
At the waterfront on Saturday, March 27th the Cancer Association held an Easter egg hunt for children and also an egg painting competition from 10am- 12pm. CAFO Donation
On the 17th of March, CAFO Luderitz made another generous donation to the Orphans and Vulnerable Children of Luderitz.
They donated a cheque of N$20468.00 to Luderitz Senior Secondary School to pay the OVCs’ school development funds and exam fees.
