Brightstart’s Shining Stars

Zakumi Competition

Two Grade 8 learners from Brightstart Montessori, Zarah Mitchell and Karina Zavitaev organised a drawing competition for lower elementary students in the school. Students were given a FIFA world cup themed template and asked to colour it in as colourfully as possible.

National History Competition Hosted in Luderitz

Over the weekend of the 9th of July the School, Clubs and Museum Exhibition (SCAMX) competition took place here in Luderitz. School Newspaper Started

Some of Luderitz Secondary School’s grade 12 learners have taken the initiative to start their own newspaper, called Platinum Hitters. The newspaper is being issued monthly at the price of N$5.00, and the first issue was published in March. The paper includes things like shout-outs and school news and its editor is Kennith Mashva.
